TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
The client have to pay minimum 50% payment upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved. Rendering will be processed once the payment is received.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed otherwise.
Price will be 3x for commercial purposes

Will Draw & Won't Draw

REVISION

Minor revision limit is 3 times
Extra revisions and any major changes will require an additional +IDR25K (+$7) cost for each revision. To prevent this, client must give clear briefs and references in advance (such as reference for expressions, pose, clothes, etc.).
Additional fee for detailed works may apply.
No refunds once the commission has finished.
If the client decide to cancel the commission in the middle of the project, the amount client must pay will depend on how far along the artist is with the piece.

Deadlines & Delivery

Do not rush in the working progress, every commission is being handled according to the schedule, if you want to be prioritized, you have to pay more.
Estimation for the product to finish will be 1-4 weeks, depends on the complexity of the brief.

Intelectual Property Rights

Client must clearly state whether it's a personal or commercial commission. Profits are not to be made from personal commission.
The commissioner owns the right to publish the artwork as a portfolio and self promotion (but credits must always be given), unless the client wishes the product to be private that will be charged for NDA fee.
For non-commercials, it is highly forbidden to distribute, sell, make money off of, copy, or claim my art as someone else's work.
